I believe that each of us carries inherent goodness inside ourselves and an innate capacity for healing. As a therapist, I see my role as creating a space where you can feel supported to explore the parts of you that are hurting and also nurture your own inner compassion and wisdom.

I often work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, disassociation, complex PTSD, and addiction. As a queer and trans person, I specialize in working with 2SLGBTQ+ communities, although I welcome anyone who feels they would benefit from my services. My work is centred in a holistic and non-pathologizing approach, as I view therapy as the process of reconnecting with yourself.

I became a therapist out of a desire for healing and growth on both individual and societal levels. I have over 10 years of experience as a community organizer, educator, and social worker. My previous experience includes union organizing, anti-poverty organizing, and community-based research. As a social worker and a therapist, I believe that our well-being is connected to the well-being of our communities and our planet.
